Tips to Run SDD and Pathfinder software:
For JLR SDD
There are 2 offline patches on the desktop. 
First run JLR SDD offline patch (file name without date), run SDD, then close
Later run JLR SDD offline patch (file name with date)

For Pathfinder, 
Run New JLR App icon on desktop directly
