How to Fix VVDI2 Program Land Rover LR3 CEM Car Won’t Start?

Question:

I’m working on Range Rover Ir3 2007 CEM module.

Was reading information with VVDI PROG added a key with VVDI2 and write it back to CEM.

Went back to vehicle but would not start.

Note:

The marked component should be removed and a 10k resistor is required, and PCB should be restored after data reading.

Possible Solution:

Pinout is correct since VVDI Programmer reads data out, so check if the component is soldered back very well after reading.
