Q:I bought a 310+ from you in April. I am trying to update it, but the computer will not recognize it. The update program can not find scan tool even though it is plugged in to the USB.
Answer:
A:Please open the computer device manager, then plug in the device, check if the device manager flashes, or try another computer to see what happen.
